HUB 341.2:
Text Improvisation—Are You Well? from an earlier HUB posting. The edit, experimental no doubt, but why not as we are just getting our feet underneath us (or above us) again in this new season of work. ![]()

HUB 333: What do you want to see today? — 23 January 2012
The day is nearly done.
What is left of it…
In what is left,
I want to see music transformed into dreams
I want to see a future
Or the relaxing of that muscle that calls for one
I want to see my soft hands grasp something tender and dear.
I want to see the back of my eyelids in a restful sleep.
I want to see light in the dark hour—no.
I want my eyes to adjust.
I want not to need to change where I am
I want to know how to be happy in it.
I want to see deep breathing and sour smells of sweat soaked clothing bring a grin to my face as strong as the quiver they brought to my thighs and tension to my neck and across my chin in working my body earlier today.
I want to not lie alone—
I want to see myself not alone, lying here alone. ![]()
HUB 315:
While the final edit didn’t make it out until Friday evening, most of Thursday was spent with this and two other parcels of footage. Not sure about it, but as I am beginning a spell of three weeks working solo again—which means working “video” again, I needed to start somewhere. ![]()
